Return Policy
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping if you do not like the item or apparel does not fit properly. We can provide a return shipping label for a return and refund you for the item minus the return shipping costs for your convenience. If you would like to exchange the product, we can issue an invoice for the cost of the shipping label. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact info@discjockeysports.com before returning an item so we are aware of the return and can process it correctly once we receive it.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).
Holiday Gift Item Returns
We will be extending the return policy for gift items due to the holiday season.
Customers who received a gift item will be given until January 31st to initiate an exchange or return for *store credit.
Please email info@discjockeysports.com to begin your exchange or return. If possible, when you send your initial email, please provide the order number or name of the person who originally made the purchase for the gift item.
Only orders made after November 1st will be eligible for the extended return policy.
*Store credit for Holiday Gift returns only. We cannot not issue a refund unless you are the original purchaser.
